My gardener calls these flowers “banderas de Panama” or “Panama Flag”. They are normally all red or all yellow, but this one flower came out as a hybrid! The rest of the flowers from the same plant all came out yellow. Does this qualify as a miracle? 
Does anyone know the name of this beautiful flower? It comes from an aquatic plant.
